1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TinyTuber, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Description of Service
TinyTuber is a parental control platform that allows parents to curate YouTube content for their children. We provide video management, AI safety analysis, playlist creation, and a locked-down viewing experience for children.
3. Parent Responsibility
While TinyTuber provides AI safety analysis and tools to help manage your children's viewing experience, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving content. AI analysis is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a replacement for parental judgment.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
5. Content and YouTube
TinyTuber does not host video content. Videos are streamed from YouTube via their embedded player. We are not responsible for the availability or content of YouTube videos. YouTube's terms of service also apply.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Our AI-powered safety analysis provides assessments based on available video metadata and transcripts. While we strive for accuracy, no AI system is perfect. Always review AI recommendations and use your own judgment before approving content for your children.
7. Limitation of Liability
TinyTuber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any content accessed through the service or for any damages arising from use of the service.
