We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information. For child profiles, we collect only the child's first name and age. We do not collect any personal information directly from children.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

TinyTuber is designed for use by parents and guardians. Children do not create accounts or provide personal information. All data is managed by the parent. Child profiles contain only a first name, age, and viewing preferences set by the parent. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the TinyTuber service
• Process payments for Pro subscriptions
• Send notifications you've opted into (time limits, weekly digests)
• Analyze video content for safety using AI
• Track viewing activity for your personal analytics dashboard

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Google for authentication (if you use Google sign-in)
• Anthropic for AI video analysis (video metadata and transcripts only)
• YouTube API for video information retrieval

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, hashed PINs (bcrypt), and secure authentication. We never store payment card information directly.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your Settings page. Deleting your account removes all associated data including child profiles, videos, playlists, and viewing history.
